Local Phi Beta Kappa Chapters

The Epsilon of Michigan Chapter was chartered in 1968. From 2007-2008, the chapter hosted the Romanell-Phi Beta Kappa Professor in Philosophy, Marilyn Frye. Please contact pbk@msu.edu for more information.

The Alpha of Michigan Chapter, chartered in 1907, has inducted almost 7000 exceptional students into its ranks, including Nobel Prize in Physics member Hugh David Politzer. Please contact phibetakappa@umich.edu for more information.
